About West Gate Village
Working with West Gate Village, Crowne Health Care aims to provide the Brewton, AL community with professional caregivers, health services, and medical professionals. We are a family-owned facility dedicated to creating an environment where our residents can have privacy, independence, and personal attention. In addition to physical, occupational and speech therapists, you will find skilled nursing services, social workers, recreational therapists, and dietary staff. Our entire staff routinely receives in-service educational training to better meet the needs of our residents.

Living & Dining
Our warm, inviting atmosphere is the hallmark of West Gate Village. As a family-owned physical rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility, we get to know each resident personally—and their families, too. Working with family members, we nurture the emotional and social needs of every resident, in addition to physical and medical needs. Our Registered Dietician creates delicious, well-balanced Southern menus inspired by traditional home cooking. Special diets and requests are served daily.

We aim to create a comfortable and home-like atmosphere with home-style meals served daily. Inspired by Southern favorites with familiar ingredients and flavors, your meal will also be healthy and well-balanced by consulting with our registered dietician.
