Our highly skilled and dedicated team of therapists will also work with you to regain your independence and peace of mind. Your recovery is our top priority, and we’re with you every step of the way.
Living & Dining
The comfortable, homelike atmosphere at Citronelle is one of the first things new visitors notice. Each of our 69 beds offers either a private or semiprivate personal retreat just footsteps from inviting common areas that encourage social gathering, recreation, group activities and relaxation.
Skilled nursing:
Work with registered nurses and licensed practical nurses, as well as certified nursing assistants, who routinely receive in-service educational training. We assist with physician and nurse practitioner oversight, daily living, and more.
Nutrition:
Our registered dietician is here to assist you with diet and nutrition planning. Our menu is filled with a variety of delicious and well-balanced Southern meals inspired by traditional home cooking. Also, special diets and requests are served daily.
Social and recreational therapy:
Crowne Health Care offers education opportunities, daily activities, and more to promote exercise, build relationships, and try new things. We also have social workers on staff to create a personalized care plan and work closely with your family members.
Rehabilitation therapy:
We want to help you or your loved one gain independence and mobility. That’s why we offer services for physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
Social Services
Our Social Worker works closely with family members to ensure that we are meeting the medical, social and emotional needs of each resident

Our entire staff routinely receives in-service educational training to better meet the needs of our residents.
Delicious Dining
Southern favorites and homestyle traditions inspire our dining room cuisine. Our residents look forward to many of the ingredients and flavors they grew up with, prepared in a healthy, well-balanced way and monitored by our Registered Dietician. Also served daily: Menus to accommodate sensitive diets and special requests.
