We employ qualified and professional registered and licensed nurses plus certified nursing assistants. We continuously strive to improve patient care through continuing education opportunities for our staff. Along with each resident’s attending physician, our team develops a personalized plan of care to meet each resident’s individual needs.
Physical Rehabilitation
Whether you’re recovering from surgery, an injury or a stroke, Crowne Health Care can help restore function and confidence to your daily routine. Our highly skilled and dedicated team of therapists will also work with you to regain your your independence and peace of mind. Your recovery is our top priority, and we’re with you every step of the way.
Whole-Person Care
At Woodhaven Manor, we care for the whole person. Together with family members, we work to nurture the emotional and social needs of every resident, in addition to physical and medical care. Our Social Worker also works closely with family members to ensure that we are meeting the medical, social and emotional needs of each resident.

Social services:
Our social worker will communicate with residents’ families to ensure we are meeting their medical, social, and emotional needs. We also plan a variety of fun activities, including special Christmas presentations, picnics at the park, and more. We dedicate ourselves to providing our residents with a secure and comfortable environment so they can receive the support they need.
Nutrition:
Our meals are inspired by Southern favorites and home-style traditions. We work with our registered dietician to prepare healthy and well-balanced meals that are still delicious. Our daily menus will also accommodate sensitive diets and special requests.

Our residents look forward to many of the ingredients and flavors they grew up with here in Alabama, prepared in a healthy, well-balanced way by our Registered Dietician. The comfortable, homelike atmosphere at Woodhaven Manor is one of the first things new visitors notice. Most of our 75 beds offer a semiprivate living space just footsteps from inviting common areas that encourage social gathering, recreation, group activities and relaxation.
