Whether your’re recovering from surgery, an injury or a stroke, Crowne Health Care can help restore function and confidence to your daily routine. Our highly skilled and dedicated team of therapists will also work with you to regain your your independence and peace of mind. Your recovery is our top priority, and we’re with you every step of the way.
Activities
Our event calendar is constantly refreshed with new and seasonal activities for individuals of all abilities. From our fall festival to sittercize class, live musicians and religious services, residents and their visiting families have a wide variety of experiences to look forward to. Of course, three times a day, the social heart of our community is our dining hall.
Skilled nursing services:
- Our registered and licensed nurses plus certified nursing assistants can help with a variety of tasks, such as:
- 24-hour care with physician oversight

Regular visits:
We will ensure you receive the proper preventative care through regular doctor’s visits, including eye care, dental care, psychology, and podiatry.
Rehabilitation services:
We can help you or a family member gain mobility and strength with the forms of rehabilitation, including physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupation therapy.
Social services:
Our social workers will communicate with your family members so everyone is up-to-date on your medical care, emotional health, and social life.
Fresh meals:
We will constantly update our menu to fit the preferences of each resident with the help of our dietary manager and Residents’ Council. Our meals are designed to meet everyone’s dietary needs while also being flavorful, balanced, and nutritious.

Our activities director is here to keep things exciting through all-day experiences, guest visits, holiday activities, religious services, games, and more.
