Care Services
We employ qualified and professional registered and licensed nurses, plus certified nursing assistants. Our entire staff routinely receives in-service educational training to better meet the needs of our residents. We continuously strive to improve patient care through continuing education opportunities for our staff. Along with each resident’s attending physician, our team develops a personalized plan of care to meet each resident’s individual needs. And we have quarterly on-site services for dentistry, podiatry, and optometry.
Physical Rehabilitation Services
Whether you’re recovering from surgery, an injury or a stroke, Crowne Health Care can help restore function and confidence to your daily routine. Our highly skilled and dedicated team of therapists will also work with you to regain your your independence and peace of mind. Your recovery is our top priority, and we’re with you every step of the way.
Whole-Person Care
At Jackson Health Care, we care for the whole person. Together with family members, we work to nurture the emotional and social needs of every resident, in addition to providing physical and medical care. Activities and engagement are very important to our residents. We even have a beautician in-house twice a week.
Nursing:
We have a team of professional registered and licensed nurses, as well as certified nursing assistants, who dedicate themselves to providing a patient-centered plan of care. We ensure that our staff has access to ongoing educational opportunities so we know how to serve you best.
Special care:
- We have the resources to provide our residents with regular special care services right in our facility. Those services include:
- Monthly dentist visits
- Quarterly podiatry care
- Recreational therapy
- Daily living assistance
Social services:
Our social service team member will work with your family to give them the support and education they need. We also offer three to four special experiences and activities each day so our residents have the chance to socialize and try new things. We provide activities such as guest visits, sewing and knitting, games, floral arranging, and more in a comfortable and monitored environment.

Delicious Dining
Our dietary service creates delicious, well-balanced Southern menus inspired by traditional home cooking. Special diets and requests are served daily.
