Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Services
Parkwood Health Care offers physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation services for patients who may need short-term therapy or longer-term care. Our facility provides 24-hour nursing care, physician services and registered dietitians who review all diets and nutritional intake.
Advanced Physical Rehab Care
Parkwood Health Care’s professional services staff is committed to improving the lives of residents through quality rehab services (physical, speech and occupational) and nursing care. In addition to physical, occupational and speech therapists, you will find nursing, optometry, podiatry and dentistry services plus social workers, recreational therapists, and dietary staff.
Whole-Person Care
At Parkwood Health Care, we care for the whole person. We are a 24-hour facility and we have the resources to provide 24-hour needs. Working with family members, we nurture the emotional and social needs of every resident, in addition to physical and medical needs.

Our professional RNs, LPNs, and CNAs are constantly receiving in-service educational training to better meet the needs of our residents. We will also aid in tasks such as:

Social and recreational therapy
Our secure and comfortable living area is the perfect place for arts and crafts, social gatherings, movies, and more. Along with planned activities each day, our licensed social worker will also provide individualized attention to our residents and their family members.
Physical rehabilitation
Our team of highly skilled therapists is here to provide physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy services.
Dietary services
We will work with our registered dietician to create delicious and well-balanced Southern menus daily. Inspired by traditional home cooking, we will also accommodate special diets and requests.
Social Services
Our licensed Social Worker works closely with family members to ensure that we are meeting the medical, social and emotional needs of each resident
