Skilled Nursing with the Comforts of Home
Thomasville Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, formerly known as Thomasville Nursing Home is an 80 bed facility that offers 24 hour skilled nursing care by Registered Nurses, Licensed Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
Whether your loved one is looking for a short term rehabilitation stay or long term nursing care, we are committed to providing the greatest comfort and attention. We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. We can help with the rehabilitation needed to transition one back to the community until long term care may again be needed.
Our residents and their families are our #1 priority. We offer a variety of social activities, a full schedule of events, all the amenities of home and expert and caring staff. Our family at THCRC is so much more than just a Nursing Home!

At our Skilled Nursing facilities we continuously strive to improve patient care and provide our residents with the attention, compassion and support they deserve.

Nursing Services
We employ qualified and professional registered and licensed nurses plus certified nursing assistants. We strive to improve patient care through continuing education opportunities for our staff. Along with each resident’s attending physician, our team of professionals develops a personalized plan of care to meet each resident’s individual needs.
Whole Person Care
At Crowne Healthcare of Thomasville we help residents address various needs and challenges. Together with family members, we work to nurture the physical, emotional and social needs of every resident, in addition to physical and medical needs. This includes ongoing needs such as trach, post-surgical, stroke or dialysis as well as psychosocial care and social needs.

Our residents look forward to many of the ingredients and flavors they grew up with, prepared in a healthy, well-balanced way and monitored by our Registered Dietician. Also served daily: Menus to accommodate sensitive diets and special requests.
