How Can We Help?
Skilled nursing and rehab, close to your home.
Keep your family close. Madison Manor is one of the few long-term care communities in Madison that welcomes patients with serious conditions, such as congestive heart failure or pneumonia — so a medical complication or diagnostic test doesn’t automatically mean a disruptive move to a hospital. Meanwhile, our award-winning therapy team helps physical rehabilitation patients return to their homes.
The stability and longevity of our staff speaks volumes for our family-like environment at Madison Manor. Our administrator, and many of our nurses, have been part of our family for decades. Nurses and CNAs with us for 15 or more years are common, as well. Our residents and their families benefit from our stable environment where relationships are nurtured over time.
Our Care Services
Skilled Nursing Services
As one of the few nursing homes in Madison prepared to care for individuals with serious conditions, like cardiac problems, pneumonia or wounds, Madison Manor helps Huntsville-area families and their loved ones remain closer together. Should a resident need physical rehabilitation, our therapy team was named Therapy Team of the Year for 2018 by Restore Therapy, for meeting a rigorous set of criteria.
We emphasize activities at Madison Manor. Our residents are encouraged to follow their interests, learn new things and develop friendships between staff members and fellow residents. Our events include social gatherings, movies, music, Bible studies and fitness programs.
Activities for Every Resident
From morning until evening, Madison Manor residents and guests can enjoy all kinds of interesting activities. Cooking demonstrations, manicures, and musicians are just a few examples of some of the activities our residents enjoy, as well as old favorites like card games, singing and programs by local schools and churches.
