For residents in need of short or long-term care, our committed team of nurses and medical staff work around the clock to ensure that each individual need is met through personalized care plans and courses of treatment. At our Skilled Nursing facilities we continuously strive to improve patient care and provide our residents with the attention, compassion and support they deserve.
Quality Care
Crowne Healthcare of Mobile was awarded for best practices by the Alabama Nursing Home Association. This is a testament to the quality, professional care delivered by our staff to our patients, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and IV therapy. We have a dentist, podiatrist and psychosocial services specialist on-site, so residents do not have to leave for those services.
Living & Dining
The comfortable, homelike atmosphere we nurture at Crowne Health Care of Mobile is one of the first things new visitors notice. Each of our 174 beds offers a personal retreat just footsteps from inviting common areas that encourage social gathering, recreation, group activities and relaxation. Southern favorites and homestyle traditions inspire our dining cuisine. Our residents look forward to many of the ingredients and flavors they grew up with, prepared in a healthy, well-balanced way by our registered dietician.
Skilled nursing
Not only do we have a team of qualified and professional RNs, LPNs, and CNAs but we also have a dentist, podiatrist, and psychosocial specialists on-site. We can also aid you with tasks such as:
- 24-hour care with physician oversight

- Alzheimer’s and dementia care
- Dietary services and nutrition planning
- Assistance with daily living
Physical rehabilitation
Our trained therapists can assist you with a variety of services, including physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. We can even do a swallow study if any resident is experiencing difficulty swallowing.

We have specialized staff that will serve our residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. We aim to provide personal care tailored to each resident through stimulating activities that engage both the mind and body. We will also offer support and education to family members and caregivers that need it.
