Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

1-year Experience (Preferred)
Temporary PN License (Preferred)
LPN License (Preferred)
Must have current Alabama Nurses License or temporary license awaiting testing date.
Must pass background and drug screen
All potential new employees are required to have a negative COVID 19 test prior to date of hire, facility to provide testing.

Licensed Practical Nurse Essential Job Functions:

Responsibilities of this position include: medication administration, computer documentation including assessment of resident’s current status, observation and reporting of any change in resident’s status to MD/sponsors as necessary, ordering medications from pharmacy including refills of medications, supervision of CNA staff, clean/dress wounds as ordered by physician, collect samples for lab testing, receiving new orders from physicians with notification to sponsors concerning new orders.
12-hour shifts,8-hour shifts, Holidays, Monday to Friday, Night shifts (Preferred), Overnight shifts (Preferred) and Weekends
$6,000 Sign On Bonus
