Thomasville Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, formerly known as Thomasville Nursing Home, is a non-profit organization owned by the City of Thomasville. THCRC is an 80 bed facility that offers 24 hour skilled nursing care by Registered Nurses, Licensed Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.

Whether your loved one is looking for a short term rehabilitation stay or long term nursing care, we are committed to providing the greatest comfort and attention. We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. We can help with the rehabilitation needed to transition one back to the community until long term care may again be needed.
