A Family of Caregivers Focused on Your Family

Crowne Health Care is family-owned, and we consider ourselves a family of caregivers that are focused on improving the health and well-being of our residents. We know that families come first and that’s why we offer a wide range of services for you or your loved one. Whether it’s physical therapy from an injury or occupational therapy after a stroke, Crowne Health Care can assist in healing and recovery. We offer the following healthcare and living services:

Rehabilitation

To help our residents recover from injuries and illnesses, Crowne Health Care's trained nursing staff has partnered with Restore Therapy for over two decades to provide rehabilitation therapy services. Whether you need short-term rehabilitation between a hospital stay and home or complete therapy as a long-term resident, our rehabilitation department is here to help you strengthen and improve your mobility. Your rehabilitation team will determine the therapies that will be most useful to you, from physical, occupational, and speech therapy to transitional care, to help you heal faster and perform at your highest potential.

Skilled Nursing

For our residents that require around-the-clock care, our skilled nursing team works day and night to make sure that their every need is met. Skilled nursing care is an advanced level of healthcare that can only be provided by or under the direct supervision of certified health professionals like registered nurses (RNs) and physical therapists. Through the use of customized care plans and treatments, our skilled nursing staff always aims to provide the highest quality of healthcare in a supportive and compassionate manner.

Assisted Living

Crowne Health Care has five assisted living facilities across Alabama that provide a combination of customized care services and recreational activities in a secure and private environment. Our assisted living facilities allow you to decide how much assistance you need, while also providing meals, social opportunities, housekeeping services, and more.

Independent Living

Crowne Health Care also offers an affordable and safe independent living facility for both retirees and other mature adults. Cedar Chase Independent Living is an 18-unit apartment complex in Monroeville and conveniently located near grocery stores, Monroe County Hospital, doctors’ offices, and more. For a reasonable monthly fee, residents get access to all utilities except cable television and telephone, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer, and can enjoy weekly recreational activities.
